The Capacity Club membership has two layers.
The core is what works to create real change. Extras are included and available but totally optional. Nothing is obligatory except to show up for yourself.
Core Membership
Twice-monthly Mastermind (90 minutes)
1st and 3rd Thursday of every month, 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. Pacific. Small group. Real work. Peer accountability and shared perspective from people who are running the same kind of businesses.
Monthly Private Coaching with Aura (60 minutes)
This is the 1:1 aspect that most programs at this price point don’t include. Every month, you have direct access to Aura. A private business coaching session to work through what’s actually happening in your business.
Set Up for Success (2 hours, quarterly)
A quarterly Review, Revise, Recommit workshop. The anchor of the whole program. Once per quarter, you stop, take stock, and recommit to what matters. This is where you see actual progress across all three pillars.
Optional Extras
Weekly Power Hour
Optional group co-working sessions. Attendance is never required… and showing up consistently is how momentum is built. Available online when you need it.
Monthly Online Networking
Curated connection with other entrepreneurs inside and outside of the Capacity Club. Practice the mastery of your networking skills in a safe container with feedback and opportunities for new relationships.
VIP Access
Free, members only access to any live Aura McKay event or training is included as long as you’re a member.
Members who engage with the core program for a minimum of 90 days see the biggest shift between months two and three. The full quarterly Set Up For Success cycle is what gives you real data on your progress.
